SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Off the Rail Event Center. By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive customer-care and reservation-related text messages from Off the Rail Event Center at the mobile number you provide.

Program Description

Messages may include responses to inquiries, reservation and scheduling details, payment or deposit reminders, event instructions, changes, and other customer-service communications related to Off the Rail Event Center.

Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in through an unchecked consent box on our website, by initiating a text-message conversation with us, or through another clearly disclosed consent method. Your consent applies only to Off the Rail Event Center. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting services.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, reservations, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. You will receive no additional program messages unless you opt in again by replying START or completing another valid opt-in.
