Reserve your date for $200 today: $150 event rental plus a $50 refundable security deposit. Tables and chairs are included with your rental.
After your event, the $50 deposit is returned as long as the space is left clean, undamaged, and ready for the next guests. If extra cleaning, damage, missing items, or policy issues need to be addressed, all or part of the deposit may be kept.
